Do i get a SIM card?

None of our devices come with a SIM card or contract. Every device is unlocked to allow you to chose the best plan for you with whichever
network you choose!

What do grades mean?

We believe every device should be available to meet anyone's budget,
which is why our grading process is simple with no gimmicks, no small
print, no bull…

Our devices are available in four grades; good, excellent, pristine and pristine plus. Descriptions for each grade can be found here.

What is the minimum battery capacity?

All of our devices are guaranteed a minimum battery capacity of 80% to ensure you receive a device that can function for many years to come with full capabilities.

However, our Mobile Reborn exclusive grade; Pristine Plus, delivers 100% battery capacity for only £20 more.

All of our devices come with a 12 month repair or replace warranty.

What the warranty DOES cover:

Can I return my device?

If, for any reason, you feel that our product did not live up to your expectations, we offer a no-hassle 100% money back guarantee for 30 days.

If you have any issues outside the 30 days you can take full advantage of our 12 month repair or replace warranty.

What is the 30 day money back guarantee?

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 states you are eligible to return a
purchase item by notifying us within 14 days of purchase. However, here
at Mobile Reborn, we feel that 2 weeks isn’t a very long time to get to know your new device, which is why we offer a full 30 days! Discover more here.

Our Delivery

How much is delivery?

Getting your hands on your new device shouldn’t cost the earth and that includes delivery, which is why all of our delivery is completely FREE!

Due to our delivery service being free, we will not reimburse any additional shipping charges incurred by the customer.

Where is my order?

Upon dispatch you should have received an email containing a tracking number. You can use that number to track your parcel here.

If you are struggling to locate your parcel, have no fear, our team are here to help. Simply email support@mobilereborn.co.uk or drop us a message via live chat.

How long does delivery take?

All orders placed before 4.30pm are shipped free of charge on the same day for next working day delivery.

Any orders placed after 4.30pm will be shipped using the same service the following working day. This excludes bank holidays.
